Returns and Exchanges

You can return the product you purchased within seven (7) days or exchange it within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date, provided that it is not damaged, the label is not removed, and it is not used.

Returns/exchanges are not accepted for products without labels, washed, or used.

CANO LIFESTYLE does not cover any costs for returns. If you have to return a product because it was delivered faulty, the return costs will be covered by us.

RETURN PROCESS

When the returned products reach us, it will be checked alongside the courier to ensure the product is not damaged and complies with the return rules. If any condition contrary to the return terms is detected, the return will not be accepted. If the conditions are met, the return process will begin.

Once the return is approved, the product fee will be refunded to the card you used for the payment within the legal period of 10 business days. This period starts when CANO LIFESTYLE receives the returned product. CANO LIFESTYLE is not responsible for any delays caused by the bank or other institutions.
